Faculty Position: Management or Leadership (Aug 2025)

Position Summary: LCC International University’s International Business Administration department seeks an innovative and internationally-minded full-time faculty member to teach introductory and advanced undergraduate business courses. The primary focus for this position is management and/or leadership. Willingness and ability to teach an occasional marketing course would be beneficial. A Ph.D. in Management, Leadership, and/or related field is required. Previous experience, especially in international settings, is helpful. Load is a 4/4 equivalent: teaching three courses per semester with a research release that includes thesis advising.
The University: LCC International University is a fully accredited liberal arts university located in the port city of Klaipeda, Lithuania. All instruction is in English and the campus is residential. Our nearly 600 students from divergent faith backgrounds come from over 60 countries for an education modeled on the North American liberal arts college with a Christian worldview.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach management, leadership, and potentially marketing courses;
Participate in departmental and university faculty life, including meetings, committees, advising, and interactions with students;
Supervise undergraduate research theses; and
Conduct own research for publication, preferably with colleagues at LCC or other institutions.
Qualifications:
Firm commitment to LCC's mission, community standards, and statement of faith;
Doctorate degree in a business field required;
Three years of teaching experience at the undergraduate level preferred;
Ability and willingness to adapt to a highly diverse international context;
Demonstrated record of scholarship preferred; and
Commitment to student-centered teaching and learning from a Christian worldview.
