Position Summary: This position is responsible to achieve North American Study Abroad student recruitment and enrollment goals, to develop existing and future institutional partnerships in North America, to generate awareness and interest among students at partner institutions in North America, and to guide students through the application process. This role develops and executes multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support program growth. This position is responsible to increase awareness of LCC's study abroad semester and summer programs as well as to ensure the consistency of the programs’ messaging and visual identity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Study Abroad Student Recruitment
- Plan and execute 2 recruitment trips per academic year.
- Identify partner institutions for each recruitment trip. Contact and arrange recruitment events, fairs and class visits for each visit.
- Create and coordinate recruitment activities to generate awareness and continuous enrollment in the study abroad semester and summer programs.
- Recruit, train and manage a team of Study Abroad Lithuania Student Ambassadors throughout recruitment seasons.
2. Study Abroad Student Admissions
- Collect and update prospective student data in internal database.
- Evaluate and optimize application process on a rolling basis.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students, encouraging them to continue application process.
- Work individually with prospective students and LCC staff on course selection, internship opportunities, accommodations or other specific needs.
- Manage admissions process from start to end, ensuring a seamless transition to other program staff.
- Accept/reject applicants based on the approved process in consultation with partner university personnel.
- Sustain engagement with prospective students, including through email, phone, video call or other direct marketing channels.
3. Program Marketing
- Develop and execute a rolling 12-month marketing and promotional calendar for all Study Abroad Lithuania programs. The purpose of the plan is to drive traffic and engage the target customer with the LCC Study Abroad brand.
- Ensure messaging addresses and engages various audiences and is written and shared via social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Deliver unified messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels (including Social Media) and mediums (i.e. print, webinars, presentations).
4. Hosting and Programming
- Assist with planning, leading and hosting of summer faculty-led trips, Study Abroad Lithuania summer programs, and other incoming groups as assigned.
- Contribute to Study Abroad Lithuania programming by assisting in the planning and execution of events such as orientation, day trips, and special events as assigned and availability allows.

EDUCATION:
• Undergraduate degree required
EXPERIENCE
• First hand exposure to North American and Baltic cultures
• Experience in recruiting or marketing (preferably in a higher education institution)
• Understand technology and able to manage systems
• Customer service industry

• Ability to communicate with wide range of demographics: age, gender, income
