Executive Assistant (President’s Office)
Position Summary: The Executive Assistant is responsible to provide administrative support to LCC University’s President and Academic Vice President (AVP).

Duties and Responsibilities:
ADMINISTRATION
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the President and AVP; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate
- Maintain weekly calendar/appointments for the President and AVP
- Prepare/distribute agenda; compile/publish minutes for President’s Cabinet, Strategic Planning, Academic Leadership Team meetings
- Follow-up and track decisions made at meetings
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the President and AVP, i.e. weekly Monday Memo from the President
- Coordinate travel arrangements for President and AVP
- Help monitor budgets and create expense reports as needed for President and AVP
- Support faculty with business trip and expense submissions
- Support the Advancement Team with monthly, semi-annual and annual donor mailings
- Monitor general email account to president@lcc.lt
- Manage office and mailbox signage for faculty members
- Maintain up-to-date information on the President’s Office and Academics sections of the LCC website, including current faculty bios
- Coordinate legal document tracking and registrations related to the President’s Office
- Collect and maintain institutional policies and procedures manuals
- Compile and publish semi-annual Board of Directors meeting docket and reports
- Coordinate student practicum agreements
- Coordinate details for semi-annual Board of Directors meetings, i.e. board member travel and accommodations, other events and logistics related to the Board
- Support advancement events and hosting for the President’s Office
- Support major academic events, such as Convocation and Graduation, in collaboration with AVP, the Registrar’s Office and others
- Lead organization of Christmas Event and 100 Days Event
- Schedule institutional events/meetings; communicate information appropriately/timely
- Report President’s Office and Academic events to the Marketing Communications Office in a timely manner for pre-event publicity support
- Assist in the organization of academic accreditation site visits, conferences, and events
- Coordinate and host institutional guest visits, including planning and scheduling events
- Provide a welcoming environment and professional customer service to LCC visitors
- Support President’s Office initiatives and perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Strong organizational skills, including organizing/editing institutional policies and document systems in MS Word

- Ability to work cooperatively with multiple and diverse groups
- Superior computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook Calendaring and ability to appropriately leverage AI to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables
