Visual Content Producer

Position Summary:   

The Visual Content Producer is responsible for a) creating engaging image, audio and video content for use across all LCC International University’s communications, media and marketing activities, b) editing all photography, video content and audio content according to LCC brand guidelines c) setting up and running of livestreams, as well as editing the stream recordings, d) performing basic graphic design tasks in accordance with LCC design guidelines, e) establish and maintain productive relationships with a range of key stakeholders, colleagues, and internal staff at all levels. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

PHOTO PRODUCTION

  1. To take photos content at internal events, external events, guest visits and staged photoshoots. 
  2. To edit photos in accordance with the LCC brand guidelines and specific department requirements. 
  3. Communicating with other departments regarding photo content, properly archiving photos, and submitting photos to the appropriate people. 
  4. Take photos according to the specific purpose and platform the photos will be used for. 

VIDEO PRODUCTION

  1. To take videos at internal events, external events, guest visits and scripted promotional videos.
  2. To edit videos and sound in accordance with the LCC brand guidelines and specific department requirements. 
  3. Create and edit videos according to the specific purpose and platform. 

BASIC GRAPHIC DESIGN 

  1. Ability to perform minor day-to-day graphic design tasks. 

BASIC WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SOCIAL MEDIA AND WEB ADMINISTRATION 

  1. Understand the formats and technical requirements of relevant social media platforms. 

Job Requirements: 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: No formal education required 
  • At least 2 years of experience 

Skills:  

  • High English language proficiency. 
  • Working well under pressure or meeting tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to work independently and with a team. 
  • Attention to detail and careful handling of equipment. 
  • Ability to organize, archive and deliver final product conveniently.  

Other: 

  • Excellent knowledge and experience in the use of professional photo/video equipment. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Lightroom and Photoshop software tools.  
  • Excellent knowledge of Filmora and/or DaVinci Resolve video editing software tools. 

Work Load: Full-time 
Start date: August 1, 2022 
Salary: starting from 1100 EUR gross
