LCC International University (Klaipėda, Lithuania) invites applications for the position of Director of the Center for Faith and Human Flourishing (https://lcc.lt/research-at-lcc/cfhf

The Director advances the mission of the CFHF by providing leadership to the Center’s research activities, including: guidance of research priorities; project planning; recruitment and development of research fellows; and stewardship of annual budget and resources. Applications are welcome from scholars in all disciplines of the humanities, social sciences, and business.
The CFHF Director is a promotion-track member of the faculty. The Director reports to the Academic Dean, but also holds an appropriate faculty appointment in the relevant department. In consultation with the Dean and department chairs, the Director will teach 3-4 courses per academic year in addition to providing leadership to the CFHF.
The Director will have a proven record and program of research relevant to the mission and agenda of the CFHF. The Director will be skilled at organization and communication, ensuring the continued participation and investment of the Fellows in the work of the CFHF and LCC. The Director should be open to becoming conversant in areas of research other than his/her own discipline, and comfortable in interdisciplinary research.

Oversight of the Center for Faith and Human Flourishing;
Scholarly research and teaching in area of expertise;
- Liaise with the Center Fellows to ensure the success of their research
- Organize events in conjunction with the Fellows and the rest of the faculty
Manage the discretionary budget of the Center
• PhD or terminal degree. Rank of appointment commensurate with qualifications;
