This person will work in the Advancement Office to seek and administer EU funding for campus strategic initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Seek EU grant funding opportunities that support campus strategic initiatives
a. Stay current with all grant RFPs.
i. Monthly report provided to supervisor, including rationale for next steps.
b. Identify funding sources that are in line with LCC identity and strategic initiatives
i. Work with supervisor to bring these to President’s Cabinet for initial input.
2. Remain updated regarding campus funding needs.
a. Institutional funding needs (through once-a-semester conversation with Strategic Planning Team)
b. Faculty research agendas (through Research Council)
i. Seek grant opportunities that support multiple faculty members.
ii. Develop internal processes to support individual faculty grant applications (including budget templates, description of institution, etc.).
3. Lead the grant writing process, including other campus voices as appropriate.
a. Upon initial input from President’s Cabinet, create a working timeline for completion.
b. For large grant applications, identify and coordinate with external consultants to ensure successful completion of the process.
4. Administer campus use of grant funding.
a. Maintain regular compliance reporting structures internally.
b. Ensure accurate use of funds.
c. Provide regular compliance reports for funding sources.

Education: MA required
Experience: Administration experience required.
Grant-writing experience required.
Skills: Strong communication skills (oral and written) in English and Lithuanian.
