Position Summary: This position is responsible for generating awareness and interest among students at partner institutions in a designated region as well as encouraging students to apply and guiding them through the application process.  The purpose of this role is to develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand growth. This position is responsible for increasing target consumer awareness of the brand as well as ensuring the consistency of the program’s visual identity.  STARTING DATE: November 19, 2018   
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.    Manage & administer SALT student recruitment
a.    Visit institutions to generate names and meet with prospects
b.    Arrange visit details
c.    Recruit and manage Regional Recruiters
2.    Study Abroad Lithuania admissions systems
a.    Collect names to qualify from website, alumni
b.    Communicate with Prospects and Hot Prospects, encouraging them to apply
c.    Work with Applicants through:
i.    Completing the admissions requirements
ii.    Applying for a passport
d.    Accept / reject applicants
3.    Marketing
a. Develop and execute a rolling 12 month marketing and promotional calendar for all Study Abroad Lithuania programs to drive traffic and engage the target customer with the brand.
i. Develop messages for various audiences
b. Ensure unified message and visual representation through various marketing channels (including Social Media)
4.    Summer programs
a.    Assist SA staff with summer hosting
b.    Manage the office and the pre-arrival details (as a vacation replacement)
5.    Other projects as assigned
Job Standards / Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree required
• First hand exposure to North American and Baltic cultures
• Experience in recruiting or marketing (preferably in a higher education institution)
• Management of systems
• Customer service industry
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to communicate with wide range of demographics: age, gender, income
• Self-starter / initiative
• In tune with student, global and cultural issues
• Average 40 hours / week
• 100+ overnight travel days, including 13+ required weekends away from home
• To be based in Lithuania with bi-annual travel to North America
• Provide positive representation of program and institution
• Meet student enrolment numbers
Length of Term:
• Long-term commitment (2 years) preferred
