Faculty Positions: Faculty Member (Open Rank) in Business

Klaipeda, Lithuania
LCC International University seeks candidates for a faculty position in its International Business Administration (IBA) Department. The department offers undergraduate programs in business and related fields, with emphasis on foundational business knowledge, applied learning, and ethical, globally informed leadership.

We are especially seeking candidates who can teach introductory and upper-level courses across the business curriculum. Ability to teach in multiple areas—such as management, marketing, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, international business, logistics and supply chain management, data-driven decision making, or business ethics—is highly desirable.

The University
LCC International University is a fully accredited liberal arts university located in the port city of Klaipėda, Lithuania. Instruction is in English and the campus is residential. Our more than 500 students from diverse faith backgrounds come from nearly 60 countries for an education modeled on the North American liberal arts college, grounded in a Christian worldview.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching required and elective undergraduate courses across the business curriculum.
  • Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement within the Business Department.
  • Conducting, presenting, and publishing original research or scholarly/professional activity in an area of specialty.
  • Serving as an academic advisor to selected students regarding their academic programs.
  • Supervising selected student theses, capstone projects, or applied learning experiences.
Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Business, Management, Economics, or a closely related field by the time of appointment; Candidates with a Master’s degree in business or a related field and at least three years of relevant professional experience may be considered.
  • Demonstrated competence in undergraduate teaching.
  • Demonstrated commitment to and experience working with a culturally diverse student body.
  • Ability and desire to work collegially within an interdisciplinary, Christian academic community.
  • Demonstrated commitment to student-centered teaching and learning within a Christian worldview.
