Position Summary: The Coordinator for the English Language Center (ELC) will provide essential support to the Director by performing a variety of administrative duties. Key responsibilities include managing program registration, updating the website, and coordinating advertising campaigns. The Coordinator will also engage with potential business clients through sales calls, as well as preparing business proposals and contracts. Additional duties involve maintaining student data, overseeing documentation, and assisting with accounting and payment processing. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, able to work independently, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. ELC Program Administration
- Lead the on-campus registration processes for various ELC programs.
- Maintain and updating program details on the webpage.
- Keep student database information up to date.
- Send confirmation emails and payment reminders.
- Handle accounting tasks with the LCC business office; making purchases.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns and building email campaigns for Leads and Applicants.
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking all contracts and agreements.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and provide solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
2. B2B Sales Support and Communication
- Conduct sales calls to potential business clients, promoting ELC programs and services.
- Prepare and draft business proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee the creation, tracking, and management of contracts and agreements with business clients.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with business clients through regular communication.
- Coordinate invoicing and payment processing with the LCC business office for business clients.
3. Customer Support
- Give out correct information to telephone/email inquiries about ELC programs, be in charge of calling campaigns for leads and applicants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients, answering inquiries and providing detailed information on courses, registration, and pricing.
- Enter registration information received by phone or email, ensuring all registration information is updated and complete; contracts done; invoices issued.
- Track payment plans.
4. Stats and Reports
- Maintain details and stats of all programs.
- Prepare weekly reports.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, with a background in B2B sales or client relations, as well as familiarity with handling contracts, invoicing.
Skills:
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to express self fluently in English and Lithuanian.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Other:
- Proficiency in computer operation, including mastery of MS Office programs.
